Freight & Shipping Information

Total shipping costs are based upon the total order amount, final destination, and shipping weight. Surcharges may apply to selective items due to product size and load. Surcharges are noted on the product description page or may be communicated by one of our representatives prior to shipping. Special surcharges apply to Alaska and Hawaii shipments. For APO/FPO addresses all orders are shipped exclusively via our Standard Shipping Service. Standard delivery times do not apply to APO/FPO shipments. Deliveries are processed via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested prior to fulfillment. Additional carriers are solicited for oversized shipments to guarantee the best possible shipping pricing.

All coffee orders are freshly roasted and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Baked goods are shipped via our Standard Shipping Service unless otherwise requested prior to fulfillment. Expedited shipping is highly recommended for fresh baked goods and is not guaranteed free of spoilage.

Delivery schedules are based upon the location of the shipments final destination. Orders are processed and shipped during our regular business hours (Monday Ð Friday 9:30am-5:30pm PST, excluding major holidays). We do not guarantee delivery times due to varying factors not in our control. Orders may be canceled prior to initial processing but may not be canceled after fulfillment. Should any difficulty arise while processing your order one of our customer representatives will contact you within two business days.

Returns & Claims

All sales are final unless authorized through prior written or verbal consent with one of our Customer Service Representatives. All claims, other than those involving freight carriers, must be made within 10 days of receipt. No merchandise will be accepted for return after being altered or otherwise used. Should you no longer have the original enclosed purchase order invoice; a complete purchase receipt can be provided upon request. Pre-paid shipping labels are available for qualifying purchase order returns. Special dispensations are provided for damaged or tampered items. Product warranty is subject to manufacture guidelines and duration policies.
